ComTech Field Engineer arrives on-site, during normal business hours the day after a service request is placed.
- Normal hours (PPM) are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
- Next day call must be placed by 3pm local time to receive service the next day.
8x5x4 Response Service
ComTech Field Engineer arrives on-site within four hours of the service call placement, during normal business hours.
24x7x4 Or 2 Response Service
ComTech Field Engineer arrives on-site within four or two hours of the service call placement, during normal hours and after hours.
